Willow Moon was born from deep roots—rooted in the Appalachian land that shaped me and nourished by the wild, intuitive wisdom of the natural world. As a child, I often found refuge beneath the cascading branches of weeping willows, learning early that softness can be its own quiet form of resistance. The moon, ever-changing yet steady in its rhythm, has long been a symbol of guidance for me—a reminder that transformation isn’t just possible, it’s natural.
Healing, like the willow, requires both grounding and flexibility—the ability to stay rooted while learning to bend with life’s storms. And like the moon, it moves in cycles. It’s not linear, nor is it a destination. Healing is a continuous process of remembering, shedding, growing, and becoming.
But we live in a world that asks us to survive, not thrive. A world where capitalism ties our worth to how much we produce, and oppressive systems tell us our struggles are personal failings rather than the result of collective harm. In this space, we do things differently.
Willow Moon is a practice committed to collective liberation. Here, we honor all parts of you—your tenderness and your fire, your longing and your grief. We sit with both the Sage and the Shadow. We challenge the narratives that no longer serve you, and together, we imagine something softer, freer, and more whole.
You don’t have to navigate this path alone. Your truth, your rage, your hope—they all belong here.
Welcome to Willow Moon.

The world tries to squeeze us into predefined boxes. I spent my formative years trying to squeeze myself into those boxes and was continuously frustrated and confused by it all. I have engaged in the therapeutic process numerous times throughout my life. For me, therapy has been a tool for exploring the way I exist with and in the world; a way to practice being vulnerable and embodied; a way to create space for myself in my life. Even through my most recent whirlwind of transitions, I continue to return to therapy to continue on my path of self-discovery.
As a Queer, Fat, Neurodivergent, anti-capitalist, and abolitionist, my understanding & empathy is informed by my lived experience. I believe in the healing power of two imperfect humans building a bond while navigating this late-stage capitalist hellscape. I strive to decolonize my practice, to move away from individualized forms of healing and embrace a more inclusive, and community-centered approach. If you feel like you’re an outsider, trying to create new generational patterns while simultaneously fighting for a new world: I’m here to help. You are worthy, and you deserve to find your people and create the life you envision.
My winding path toward healing has included EMDR, parts-work, somatic work: all framed by intersectional feminist & relational cultural therapy, and all have heavily influenced my work as a professional. I believe and work from a harm reduction lens, integrate tangible skills & creative expressive outlets.
Beyond the therapy room, you’ll find me embracing my weird, witchy-ways. I love shaking my bones to live music, attending Phish shows & festivals with my chosen family and expressing myself through art. Whether I’m throwing clay on the wheel or collaging, the creative process brings me joy and serves as a source of inspiration. I also prioritize radical self-care and fat liberation embracing the beauty of being unapologetically embodied in public. You might even spot me basking like a lizard in the sun next to the river.
